Gus Gollisz serves as Director of Asset Management, bringing over 27 years of corporate and institutional real estate experience to Milvado, specializing in the management of commercial high-rise, retail, industrial, trading and data center portfolios.
Prior to joining Milvado, Gus was Senior Vice President at Citigroup, where he oversaw the execution of the Company’s value-add strategy across a portfolio of over 9 million sf, stretching from NY Metro to Canada.
Gus’s diverse experience in Asset Management includes managing large-scale facilities operations, portfolio optimization, property due diligence, leasing, capital improvements, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning and business continuity planning.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Gus managed commercial properties for some of New York’s premier financial and management companies, including TIAA-CREF, Edward S. Gordon, the Bankers Trust Company and the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC).
Gus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Operations Management, both from NYU Polytechnic Institute. He is also a certified BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA).
In his leisure time, Gus enjoys golfing, biking, billiards and managing various children’s sports teams. He is a member of CoreNet Global and served as an 8-Year United Way Grid Iron Gala Committee Member.
JoAnn’s extensive career as a real estate leasing professional began over 25 years ago in Princeton, NJ. She started as a lease negotiator for Merrill Lynch after having graduated from Villanova University. She then moved to New York City to work for Shorenstein Realty Services leasing properties stretching from New York and Boston to Charlotte and Nashville. JoAnn ultimately expanded her skills to include asset management where she oversaw 10 million square feet of commercial real estate in the New York tri-state for Deutsche Bank before joining Milvado .
JoAnn’s reputation for excellent service, along with her expertise and passion for real estate are helping to provide strong leadership for Milvado. She also serves on the Board of Directors of RiseBoro Community Partnership, one of the most broad-based multi-service non-profit agencies in NYC.
JoAnn is an avid tennis player and a devoted dog lover.
David brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate management and leasing to the Milvado team. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on real estate from Yeshiva University, David began his professional career at JZ Cutter Management. This was followed by a position at Philips International Holding Corporation, where he honed his skills at managing and leasing properties for a decade. In particular, David has become a true expert when it comes to property management and leasing buildings on Long Island. He knows the region and he has mastered the inner workings of how to keep properties running smoothly in some of the best buildings in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
David’s passions are spending time with family and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
With over 30 years experience in real estate, Greg’s expertise lies in the operation of various facilities, including large commercial, manufacturing and retail facilities. He brings extensive property project and financial/cost control management skills to the Milvado team, having worked for some of New York’s premier management companies and developers, including Brown Harris Stevens, The Brodsky Organization, The Milstein Organization, CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services group and ABM Engineering Services. He has overseen rehabilitation and improvement projects including basic office fit-outs, environmental abatement, energy efficiency improvement, new retail developments, complete gut infrastructure renovations and ground up turnkey construction, with capital improvement budgets in excess of $ 20 million.
Greg enjoys his leisure time with everything from fishing, sailing, and golf to SCUBA diving, skydiving and competitive swimming.
As someone who has been working with the Milvado portfolio for over 39 years, Jimmy is a true expert on our offerings. He has extensive experience in all phases of construction and building management, specializing in the industrial, manufacturing and commercial suburban office buildings sector. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys making furniture, exploring national parks, hiking, golfing, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his wife, 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Dan has been working in leasing for over 17 years, sometimes in some of the most iconic buildings in New York. A graduate of the Business Management program at Adelphi University, Dan is a licensed New York State real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Before joining the Milvado team, he worked at an affiliate, The Lawrence Group in Manhattan, on the leasing team in Lower Manhattan and Financial District. In addition to those properties, Dan was also responsible for the leasing properties for various property owners in Manhattan and Jamaica Queens. His role recently expanded into Property Management, and he takes great pride in the work of building relationships with his tenants.
Dan is an avid sports fan, and his hobbies are playing hockey and golf, as well as enjoying time with his wife and two sons.
As one of the most experienced members of the Milvado team, Richie offers over 30 years of legal real estate expertise to our clients. He majored in Economics at Brooklyn College, went on to get his J.D. at the University of Toledo College of Law, and got his advanced LLM in Taxation at New York University. His unparalleled background in the execution of real estate transactions comes from having worked for some of the largest owners and developers in New York, including Olympia & York Properties, HRO International, Ltd. Sylvan Lawrence Company, Inc. and Cammeby’s Management Company LLC as a prominent member of the leasing and management teams. He is licensed as both an attorney and real estate broker, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, as well.
Richie is a sports enthusiast, and his favorite pastime is being with his grandchildren.
After leaving Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Bonnie set out on a career path that now spans a period of over 30 years. She brings a wide range of experience to the Milvado team, with an expertise in all-things-real estate, including leasing and property management. Along with the rest of our team, she shares a deep knowledge of the Long Island commercial real estate market, where she has worked as a property manager, exclusive tenant representative and as a legal team member. In her role as Senior Lease Administrator, Bonnie has earned a reputation for being able to guide clients through every step of the process easily and seamlessly.
Bonnie enjoys living by the beach and vacationing in Mexico with her family.
After working in the world of commercial real estate for over 20 years, Sandra brings a high level of professionalism to everything she manages here at Milvado. She is a graduate of the Belmont Abbey College for Business Administration, and offers a wealth of experience to our team. Over the years, Sandra has worked for some of the biggest names in real estate and finance, including Jones Lang LaSalle, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Cushman & Wakefield, Vornado, and Hines Interest LLP. As Operations Manager, Sandra draws from her proficiency in the fields of property management, brokerage, and finance to provide a comprehensive expertise that touches every aspect of commercial real estate.
Sandra adores reading, and spending time at the beach or with family.
After graduating from the Hunter Business School for Business Administration, Deborah began her 18 year administrative career at
CCSI Inc. After subsequent positions at Macco & Stern, Alexander Wolf & Company and Liberty Doorworks Inc., she landed here at Milvado where she keeps the office headquarters running like a well-oiled machine. Deborah has a reputation for outstanding communication skills and genuine interpersonal relationships with customers and vendors.
Deborah loves music, exercising outdoors, yoga, spending time with family, and is involved with animal rights & humane societies for dogs and cats.
Lenny brings 41 years of experience to his responsibilities at Milvado. As Field Supervisor, he presides over the day-to-day management and tenant service calls throughout the expansive Milvado portfolio. He has specialized in commercial building maintenance in both Nassau and Suffolk counties for much of his extensive career, and he enjoys developing strong relationships with customers and tenants.
Some of Lenny’s passions include attending sporting events, spending quality time with family, and working! He also is a collector of sports memorabilia.
After college, Michael began his 20 year career in property management and construction, which ultimately led him here to Milvado. Michael is currently responsible for daily management and tenant service calls throughout Milvado’s vast portfolio. He exudes the kind of strength and confidence that you might expect from a real estate professional who is also a Class 1/A firefighter. Michael has also earned his OSHA 10 certification.
