An industrial property in Hicksville that’s been owned by the same landlord for more than 30 years has sold for $10 million.
The Renatus Group, a Port Chester, N.Y.-based commercial real estate investment firm, purchased the 55,789-square-foot building on 4.66 acres at 840 S. Broadway.
Built in 1960, the building was once used for manufacturing by Grumman Aerospace Corp,, but has been the home of printing firm Coral Graphics since 1995. Coral Graphic Services, which is owned by Bertelsmann Printing Group (BPG USA), has announced plans to cease operations at the Hicksville property, filing a notice with the New York State Department of Labor that it was laying off 85 employees there and closing the plant by the end of October.
